Refund Policy – The Calming Buddy

At The Calming Buddy, we want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Refundable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Final Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service to check eligibility for an exchange or store credit.Β 

Products missing original components (heartbeat insert, heat pack, etc.) will not be eligible for a return or exchangeΒ 

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return in your email. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within several business days.
